Using CutlistPal

CutlistPal is a free tool that suggests how to cut parts from sheet material. You may use it for personal and commercial projects. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Check before you cut

Layouts, cut steps, offcut sizes, sheet counts and costs are suggestions computed from what you type. They depend on correct input, and sizes are rounded to 1/32 inch or 0.1 mm. Measure your material, check every part and every cut, and work safely with your tools. You are responsible for the material you cut and for how you use your tools.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be available, error-free or that a layout is the best possible. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for wasted material, lost time or any other loss from using the site.

Fair use

Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or present it as your own product. The open-source software included in the solver is used under its own licences, listed on the About page.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
