Helpful details to include

The quickest way to show us a problem is the Share link button under your results: it copies a link that opens your exact list and settings. Paste it into your email together with your device and browser, and what you expected to see.

How we reply

CutlistPal is a small independent project, so replies can take a few days. Bug reports with a share link are the easiest to fix, and every fix helps everyone who cuts the same kind of project.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give advice on tool safety or check your project drawings, and we cannot recover a list that was never saved or shared, because lists are stored only in your own browser.
